Next call for applications for RYM-TO scholarships will be opened on August 29th 2011.
Interested applicants are asked to submit an online application form to the Board of the Doctoral Programme in the Built Environment until September 19th 2011.

To be eligible for a scholarship:
Scholarships are not paid directly to students, but sponsored students will be employed by their respective universities and supervisors. The actual amount paid for an individual scholarship is determined by the Board of RYM-TO the maximum amount being ca. 27.540€ annually.
The duration of the scholarship may be paid for a maximum of 4 years in total with shorter periods probable. The Board of RYM-TO decides on the length. Scholarships conclude upon graduation.
Applicants that are selected for a RYM-TO scholarship are required to sign an agreement with the Doctoral Programme to acknowledge their responsibilities and the terms of the scholarship. The head of the department and the supervisor must sign a commitment for both a work contract for the period of RYM-TO funding of the doctoral student as well as additional funding based on the University's salary system. This commitment is a precondition for RYM-TO funding. Commitment letter is required after the selection (not needed in the application).
Students receiving a scholarship from RYM-TO are oblided to undertake an annual accessment of their performance, which when repeatedly unsatisfactory can upon decision of the RYM-TO Board lead to a withdrawl of the scholarship.
